# プロジェクト単位で収支管理する

本機能はRippleの請求グループを社内で管理しているプロジェクトと紐付け、仕入れ、売り上げ、利益を管理するための機能です。

## 各項目の定義 <a href="#meaning" id="meaning"></a>

| 項目　 | 定義                                                                            |
| --- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 仕入  | AWSからの請求金額。利用料（Usage）部分のみのため Fee、Refund、Credit、Tax は含まれていない。                  |
| 売上  | Rippleから発行した請求データの金額。「再計算請求データ」ページにてFeeやRefund、Creditを請求書に含めている場合は、その金額も含まれる。 |
| 利益  | 売上から仕入を差し引いた金額。                                                               |

## 1. プロジェクトを作成する <a href="#create-project" id="create-project"></a>

`アカウントとグループ`の`プロジェクト`ページ右上の新しいプロジェクトを作成ボタンより以下の項目を入力し、新規のプロジェクトが作成できます。

| 項目        | 内容                              |
| --------- | ------------------------------- |
| プロジェクトコード | 社内で管理しているプロジェクトコード/ID。後からの変更不可。 |
| ラベル       | プロジェクトの名前や説明分など。後に編集可能。         |

## 2. 請求グループとプロジェクトを紐付ける <a href="#attach-project" id="attach-project"></a>

`アカウントとグループ`の`請求グループ`ページにて、各請求グループ右側の`•••`から`請求グループの編集`をクリックします。

設定項目の`プロジェクトコード`部分にて作成済みのプロジェクトを選択、もしくは`新しいプロジェクトを作成`ボタンより、新規プロジェクトを作成することが可能です。

この画面から作成したプロジェクトは`アカウントとグループ`>>`プロジェクト`ページの一覧に追加されます。
